True Sovereign Grace Is Believing Faith Overcoming The World, Not A Justification For A Career In Babylon

We have head it many times from Reformed teachers like Don Fortner above that Sovereign grace is powerless grace, since we are continually told by them never to "add" anything to it. We must beware of the teacher who tells us Sovereign Grace is positional grace alone. These teachers do not understand the calling and ramifications of the abiding doctrine of Christ 2 John 1:9-11. They make a true believing Christian's regenerative works in Christ, not necessary in Salvation; and they make the strong desire of believing faith in Christ almost of non effectual power. cf. For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to the one believing, Romans 1:16 KJ3

The subtle leaven ramifications produce a "do what thou will" attitude in most Cessationist Sovereign grace teachings. We've seen this over and over again and again as we've stood back and watched these positional encampments. This limited positional type of grace is defined by Cessationism's presuppositions that the gifts of the Holy Spirit do not operate by Sovereign Grace and are not even for today. Since Cessationist's are not believing the Scriptures concerning Christ gifts, how can they know the full extent of Sovereign grace and it's effectual power. The Gospel without power is a counterfeit false gospel, and that again is how Cessationism has ultimately redefined the Gospel, by it's own self authority.

"I tell you that He will bring about justice for them quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?"  Luke 18:8

We are reminded in the Scripture above that the endtimes will be characterized by no believing faith and our experience as former Cessationist's have told us that it is the essence of why no abiding faith is found on the earth at Christ coming.

What's left ?

"having a form of godliness, but denying the power of it; even turn away from these." 2 Timothy 3:5

It is believing faith that is abiding into Christ, that is the justification of God. We have challenge many Cessationist's who do not understand or deny the abiding doctrine of Christ to provide Scriptural support for their position alone. All have failed to come to the challenge. Why would they. Knowing the Scripture alone can never support in context, anything but the foundational believing faith.

Again, do these so called teachers care for the souls of remnant believing Christian's. NO! THEY DON'T CARE FOR OUR SOULS DESIRE TO OBEY THE FOUNDATIONAL GOSPEL. That is why we speak against them.
