This is the internet man checking the connectors on the cable. He said everything was fine.
They are telling us that they don't think it's censorship, but we told them we think it is, and a violation of contract with us if they cannot fix what we pay them for service in preventing their internet service from being hacked. This is why they are now saying they're going to escalate trying to find the problem....
